Student Government advocated for changes to the method of calculating tuition and fee charges for Distance Education for many years, including adopting R48 during the 90th Session.
Today, the Provost announced that the recommendations of the Distance Education Strategic Task Force were final and would be effective in the Fall 2012 semester. The tuition structure for on campus students will be the same for all courses taken, whether distance or face-to-face.
