of this form from the candidate's
packet must be submitted unless expenses are zero dollars.
All candidates, even those with no expenses, must submit this form to the Student Government Office Staff by 9:00am the day following the close of elections (Wednesday, March 29th 2006). Original receipts should be placed in an envelope and stapled to this form along with any expense worksheets necessary. Reports declaring zero expenses and zero donations may be filed online.
Candidate should be familiar with the campaign expense regulations contained within Student Body Statutes, §7-4.18 et seq.
