A printed copy
of
this form from the candidate's
packet must be submitted unless expenses are zero dollars.
Candidates, except those with a spending limit of 199 and fewer dollars, must submit this form to the Student Government Office Staff by 5:00pm each Monday class day between the candidates meeting and the election. All receipts should be placed in an envelope and stapled to this form along with any expense worksheets necessary. Copies of the receipts are recommended. Reports declaring zero expenses and zero donations may be filed online.
Candidate should be familiar with the campaign expense regulations contained within Student Body Statutes, §7-4.18 et seq.
All information must be accurate as of 5:00 PM the immediate previous Friday.
