The Assistant to the SBP for Academic Affairs Application is serves as a liaison between the student body and executive branch and the Provost's Office.

To bring those groups, the Coordinator for Academic Affairs will…
1. Attend the meetings of the university standing committee on Courses and Curriculae, Undergraduate Education and Teaching Evaluation.
2. Assist Senate Committees in developing stances on issues.
3. Recommend issues to be taken up by the Senate and its Committees.
4. Provide for the increased knowledge and awareness of the Student Body President.
5. Oversee agencies and personnel placed under their authority.
