Fall 2010
September: Discussion to simplify the process for International Students and ways to work with the Office of International Students
December: Discussions about the Free Expression Tunnel and the Strategic Planning Process
Spring 2011
January : Discussions about the budget, SORC, the Career Center, and making the administration more visible
February: Discussions about the lack of study spaces on the campus and problems with teachers excusing absences for University-sponsored events.
**Thanks to student feedback about lack of student space, Student Affairs has added a study lounge to the top of Harreslon and new study areas will be added to Talley as units move to swing space during construction
March: Discussions about the Talley Student Center project and Centennial Campus Concerns
April : Discussions about blue lights and new technology on campus.
Fall 2011
September: Discussions about hotel announcement on Hillsborough Street, resources for student organizations and student center fees
October: Discussion on tuition and fees, campus safety and security, and the DUAP/DSA merger
November: Discussions about Talley Student Center Dining and the importance of Diversity. A discussion of Wolfalert also took place as an addition to the agenda
Spring 2012
January: Discussion of SACS Accreditation process, new Division of Academic and Student Affairs, and an update on the 125th anniversary. We also discussed the week’s WolfAlert situation.
February: Meeting is February 29th in the Winslow Conference Room
March/April: Meeting is April 11 in the Winslow Conference Room!
