Any comments about the resolution?
Kouba: two different resolved clause options for the end… Changed ‘encourages’ to ‘recognizes’ because this is a commendation bill rather than a bill to tell him what to do…
Hayes: “effective” clause needed?
Kouba: not for a commendation act… will become effective when it is signed.
Kouba: strike words “recognizes…and” from lines 34-35
Stackhouse and Kouba collaborated on wording
Lines 34-37 changed and are now Lines 34-36
