APPROPRIATIONS BILL 10
A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT TO ALLOCATE FUNDS TO REGISTERED STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE FALL 1999 SEMESTER
BE IT ENACTED by the NC State University Student Senate that:
Section 1.Allocation of funds for the Fall 1999 semester from Student Government Budget Line Item 603 shall be as indicated in the following table:

Total = $20,050.00
Section 2.An additional $3,350 from Student Government Budget Line Item 603 shall be appropriated to the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity for use in its Lawn Party, provided that
the event shall be held on the NC State campus;
all proceeds, after start-up funds are set aside for the event the following year, shall benefit local charities;
alcohol shall be prohibited at the event;
NC State University Student Government’s sponsorship shall be recognized in the promotion of the event; and
Delta Sigma Phi shall comply with all reporting requirements for the regular Appropriations process, as outlined in the Finance Packet.
Section 3.This act shall take effect upon its enrollment.
