A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT GRANTING SPACE ON THE SPRING 2001 STUDENT GOVERNMENT BALLOT TO THE SENIOR CLASS COUNCIL

Short Title: Senior Class Council Ballot Act. (Public)

WHEREAS, the North Carolina State University Senior Class Council has requested elections assistance from Student Government; and,

WHEREAS, the Student Body Statutes §7-2.5 mandate Student Senate approval of any request for election assistance; now, therefore be it

ENACTED, by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that the following Senior Class Council offices shall be placed on the 2001 ballot and be included in all appropriate efforts by the Student Government Elections Board:

Senior Class President;
Senior Class Vice-President.

List All Bills
