AN ACT GRANTING SPACE ON THE SPRING 2001 STUDENT GOVERNMENT BALLOT TO THE STUDENT MEDIA AUTHORITY BOARD

WHEREAS, the North Carolina State University Student Media Authority has requested elections assistance from Student Government; and,

WHEREAS, the Student Body Statutes §7-2.5 mandate Student Senate approval of any request for election assistance; now, therefore be it

ENACTED, by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that the following Student Media Authority offices shall be placed on the 2001 ballot and be included in all appropriate efforts by the Student Government Elections Board:

Student Media Authority Board (6 seats).
