A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO DEFINE THE STUDENT BODY DOCUMENTS

Short Title: Student Body Documents Defined. (Senate)

BE IT ENACTED by the NC State University Student Senate that:

Section 1. Chapter 6, § 6-1 shall be added and all other sections renumbered accordingly:

§6-1. Student Body Documents Defined.

The Student Body Documents shall be defined as the official Student Body Constitution, as ratified by the Student Body and amended, if applicable, by a referendum of that Body; as well as the Student Body Statutes as passed and amended by the Student Senate.

Section 2. This act shall become effective upon its adoption by the Senate.
