A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT GRANTING SPACE ON THE SPRING 2001 STUDENT GOVERNMENT BALLOT TO THE UNIVERSITY STUDENT CENTERS

Short Title: Student Center Ballot Act. (Public)

WHEREAS, the North Carolina State University Student Centers have requested elections assistance from Student Government; and,

WHEREAS, the Student Body Statutes, §7-2.5 mandate Student Senate approval of any request for election assistance; now, therefore be it

ENACTED, by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that the following University Student Centers offices shall be placed on the 2001 ballot and be included in all appropriate efforts by the Student Government Elections Board:

      1. Student Center President;
      2. Student Center Board of Directors At-Large Member (4 seats).
