AN ACT TO ADJUST THE SPONSORSHIP REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROPRIATIONS REQUEST

Short Title: Appropriations Request Act. (Public)

BE IT ENACTED by the NC State University Student Senate that:

Section 1. Student Body Statutes §5-2.6 shall be amended by adding:

(e) not be a member of the Finance Committee.

Section 2. This act shall be effective November 15^th, 2002, provided that it is enrolled.
