A RESOLUTION TO BE ENTITLED

A rule for the Modified Closed Rule consideration of government bill 01

 

Short Title: GB 01 Amendment Rule

BE IT RESOLVED,   by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:

 

Section 1.       Upon adoption, no amendments or motions in the nature of amendments shall be in order to Government Bill 01, the Qualifications for Office Referendum Act, on the floor of the Senate or in the Committee of the Whole, unless previously announced to the Senate via electronic email at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting, except by general consent.

 

Section 2.       In all cases where this act and the Standing Rules of the Senate or previous adopted special rules may conflict, this act shall govern.
