Provides for the adoption of the GB 95 pending the submission of the Committee Report.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:

Section 1. Upon adoption, Government Bill 95, the Appropriations Request Restructure Act, shall be adopted, if a report on Government Bill 95 has been issued by the Committee on Government Operations, by 5:00pm on the day of the meeting at which this act is adopted.

Section 2. In all cases where this act and the Standing Rules of the Senate may conflict, this act shall govern.
