GOVERNMENT BILL 57

 

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO CORRECT Error dealing with the Procedure for trial and conviction

 

 


BE IT ENACTED,     by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:

 

Section 1.       Student Body Statutes ¤2-2.8.c. shall be amended by striking:

 

c.         the accused or any witness that may be summoned.

 

Section 2.       This act shall become effective upon enrollment.
