GOVERNMENT BILL 33

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

An act to allow for special case adjustment of deadlines and dates concerning ticket distribution

BE IT ENACTED, by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:

Section 1. Student Body Statutes §9-1 shall be amended by adding:

§9-1.9 Date and Deadline Adjustment

By petition of two-thirds of the membership of the Committee on Campus Community, any date or deadline originally set by action of the Committee on Campus Community can be adjusted. All such adjustments shall be to address a significant and specific problem with the existing date. All such adjustments shall be thoroughly promulgated to the Student Body by all reasonable means.

Section 2. This act shall be effective upon its enrollment.
