An act to Restrict Payments And Stipends to Student Senators
Short Title: Senator Payment Restriction Act. (Senate)

BE IT ENACTED, by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:
Section 1. Senate Rule 2 shall be amended by adding:
(g) Payment of Senators. Except those Student Senators that holds the positions of Student Senate President, Student Senate President Pro Tempore, and Student Senate Secretary, individual Student Senators shall not receive any payment or salaries except those approved reimbursements for external expenditures and internal expenditures in accordance with (¤5-1.6).
Section 2. This act shall be retroactive and take effect upon the opening of the North Carolina State University Student Senate, 83rd Session (2003-2004).
