SG inclusivity, straightening out the office of student conduct, doing that nasty icky internal work that people hate people like me for but that does need to be done. Ensuring that any tuition raises (they're in part inevitable, but we need to keep them as low as possible and fight anyway) are used for keeping sections of classes from being canceled and things like that, NOT salary raises for the faculty.
