WHEREAS, line item 1005 ($3,000) of the 2004-2005 Student Government Budget has not been expended and will not be expended therefore be it;

ENACTED, that $1,500 will be removed from line item 1005, and be it further.

ENACTED, that a new line item, 1403, Spring Appropriations Supplement, be created and given $1,500 dollars from line item 1005.
