GOVERNMENT BILL 74

 

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

An act TO REVISE THE official limitation on typE C ticket distribution

 

Short Title: Camp Out Total Revision Act    (Public)

Sponsored by: Senators Adams, Buskirk, Butler, Langley, McCarthy, Moye, Sevits, Stephenson, Thorton, and Wilburn.

BE IT ENACTED,            by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:

 

Section 1.        The Student Body Statutes §9-2.9a. shall be amended by striking:

 

                        Based on determination of demand and overall student ticket availability the Committee on Campus Community shall allocate no more than 70% of available tickets for any game to Type C distribution, with the remainder distribution under the Type B guidelines for distribution.

 

                        And inserting the following:

 

                        Based on determination of demand and overall student ticket availability the Committee on Campus Community shall allocate no more than one-thousand (1,000) of available tickets for any game to Type C distribution, with the remainder distribution under the Type B guidelines for distribution.

 

Section 2.        This act shall be effective upon its enrollment.
