An act to impeach senator adriadn ortega on the charges of abuse of powers, neglect of duty, and fraudulent misrepresentation on offical documents

WHEREAS, Adrian Ortega, a student at
RESOLVED, that the North Carolina State University Student Senate hereby impeaches Senator Adriadn Ortega on the charges of:
(a) Abuse of Power, as defined and authorized by section 24 of Chapter 2, Article 2, of the Student Body Statutes; given the specifications:
1. Senator Adriadn Ortega, while serving as the Chair of the Subcommittee on Ethics during the 84th Session of the North Carolina State University Student Senate, had direct knowledge of student voucher theft and "chose not" to act upon that information;
(b) Neglect of Duty, as defined and authorized by section 25 of Chapter 2, Article 2, of the Student Body Statutes; given the specifications:
