A RESOLUTION TO BE ENTITLED
ACT TO ADVICATE FOR STUDENTS TO HAVE ONE THIRD OF ALL THE SEATS IN THE NEW
SECTION OF CARTER FINLEY FOOTBALL STADIUM

WHEREAS, currently the Carter Finley Football Stadium
is undergoing renovations that will add 7360 seats to the Football Stadium; and,
WHEREAS, each full time North Carolina State student
will contribute one hundred and nineteen dollars in the forms of an Athletic
Fee; and,
WHEREAS, each full time North Carolina State student
will contribute one hundred and forty two dollars and fifty five cents in
indebtedness fee with a portion going to Carter Finley Football Stadium and,
WHEREAS, students are losing seats in the grass at the end of Carter
Finley Stadium as well as the band, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that
the North Carolina State University Student Senate formally recommends that the
athletics department allot at least one third of all the new seats in the end
zone to students, and, be it further
RESOLVED, that
the North Carolina State University Student Senate formally encourages this to
take place by the start of the 2006 Football Season.
