PROGRAM BILL 77

 

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

An act to Appropriate Funds to the ESTABLISHMENT OF A CO-SPONSORSHIP OF DANCE MARATHON BY STUDENT GOVERNMENT.

 

Short Title: Dance Marathon Appropriation Act                                                                     (Public)

WHEREAS,   Dance Marathon is an event that has a large impact on the NC State student body; and,

 

WHEREAS,   Dance Marathon continues to come to gain funding through the appropriations process; and,

 

WHEREAS,   Student Government should establish a co-sponsorship of Dance Marathon each year in the budget; and,

 

WHEREAS,   It is important to begin the co-sponsorship of Dance Marathon; and now, therefore be it

 

ENACTED,    by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:

 

Section 1.        Funds in the amount of $500 shall be allocated from line-item 1401, Appropriated projects, initiatives, and programming, to the NCSU Dance Marathon.                   

 

Section 2.        This act shall be effective upon its enrollment.
