PROGRAM BILL 90

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

An act to provide Co-Sponsorship to Tailgating Awareness and Advocacy Project planned by the Senate and Greek Life

Short Title: Tailgating Project Act (Public)

WHEREAS, currently NCSU is reviewing the process and procedures regarding tailgating for football games; and,

WHEREAS, plans are being formulated for tailgating awareness and advocacy activities co-sponsored by the Senate and Greek Life; now, therefore be it

ENACTED, by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:

Section 1. Funds in the amount of $1200 shall be authorized to be expended from line-item 1401, Appropriated projects, initiatives, and programming, for the purpose of co-sponsoring tailgating awareness and advocacy projects planned by the Senate and Greek Life.

Section 2. This act shall be effective upon its enrollment.
