A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

An act to allocate funding to the NCSU Senior Class Council for the purpose of holding an on campus concert coinciding with the Spring 2007 Hillsborough Street Hike

 

Short Title: Hillsborough Street Concert Act                                                                           (Public)

WHEREAS,   the Hillsborough Street Hike has become a tradition to NCSU students; and,

 

WHEREAS,   the NCSU Senior Class Council is planning to hold a concert for students on campus coinciding with the Spring 2007 Hillsborough Street Hike; and,

 

WHEREAS,   a concert will provide entertainment to graduating seniors and other NCSU student; now, therefore be it

 

ENACTED,    by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:

 

Section 1.        Funds in the amount of $1,500.00 shall be allocated from line item 1401, “Appropriated Projects, Initiatives, and Programming”, to the NCSU Senior Class Council for the purpose of holding an on campus concert available to all students.

 

Section 2.        This act shall be effective upon its enrollment.
