I will be working to increase the burden of proof. We must ensure that students are innocent until proven guilty, beyond a reasonable doubt. Some believe that the status quo is perfect. As Student Body Chief Justice, I have seen what happens under our current system. I believe that we can do better and we must! The time has come to take our judicial system back.
