WHEREAS, T Greg Doucette, Student Senate President, appointed Mr. Andrew Tucker of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences as Elections Commission Chairman under the provision of Student Body Statutes §3-2.11 governing lapsed appointments; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that the North Carolina State University Student Senate hereby confirms Mr. Andrew Tucker as Elections Commission Chairman for the 2007-2008 term.
