What is WSI?

Wolfpack Student Initiative is a student government commission under the executive branch. Our purpose is to raise money for scholarships and identify students with unmet financial need, to whom we award these scholarships.

Why should I care?

Unless you are really lucky, you know what it is like to pay for tuition and textbooks. Whether you have to take a job while being a full-time student or your parents are doing whatever they can so that you can focus on your education, someone has to make the sacrifice. Our mission is to help the people whose families simply cannot support them in college, and we try to do this through fundraisers that are fun for everyone.

Current Positions Held

The director of WSI is Antoinette Russell and Nikki Gallion is the treasurer for the current school year. Meeting's for WSI will begin the second week of school. If you are interested in joining WSI you can contact Antoinette Russell at alrusse2@ncsu.edu. We have a lot of events planned for the school year and we are looking forward to having a lot of people join us.
