A RESOLUTION TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO allot seating to All ROTC students for the Military Appreciation day football game

Short Title: ROTC Seating for Military Appreciation Day Act

WHEREAS, September 12th, 2009, Military Appreciation Day, will be a time to honor Veterans, ROTC students, senior officers, wounded warriors and other military personnel; and,

WHEREAS, North Carolina State University will be recognizing these groups during the NC State vs. Murray State football game for their service in the military; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, that the North Carolina State University Student Senate recommends the Athletics Department to reserve 170 student seats for ROTC students at the September 12^th, 2009 NC State vs. Murray State Football game; and be it further,

RESOLVED, that the North Carolina State University Student Senate encourages the distribution of any extra tickets to student veterans in honor and support of their service.
