Committee Minutes, Thursday, January 18th 2007

Chairman James E. O. Hankins, II submitted the following report to the Student Senate on Thursday, January 18th 2007, on behalf of the Committee on the Budget, and pursuant to its Thursday, January 18th 2007 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were five (5) members (Foxx, Hankins, Hughes, McArthur, Saunders) present. There was also one (1) non-voting member (Compton) present.

There were two (2) members (Hall, Joyner) absent.

The following officials were also present: Quick, Whiteside.

A quorum was present.

Meeting Overview:

- The committee decided to hold off the secretary election until next meeting

- A review of changes in the Budget

- A discussion of future meeting times and days (Fridays at 4pm)
