RESOLUTION 39

Chairman Kenneth Webb submitted the following report regarding Resolution 39, "A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO ENCOURAGE NC STATE UNIVERSITY DINING TO EXTEND ITS HOURS ", to the Student Senate on Monday, October 1st 2007, on behalf of the University Affairs Committee, and pursuant to its Sunday, September 30th 2007 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Resolution 39, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were seven (7) members (A. Davis, Demanovich, Ellis, Howard, Robinson, Trickel, Webb) present.

There were two (2) members (Gluck, Womack) absent.

The following official was also present: Moser.

A quorum was present.

Recommendations:

Report R39 favorably.

Committee Amendments:

Shell bill sent to committee for consideration.
Chairman Webb submitted committee substitute.
