Brackett submitted the following report regarding Government Bill 21, "A BILL TO BE ENTILED AN ACT TO PROHIBIT SENTORS FROM SERVING SIMULTANEOUSLY AS THE SENATE SERGEANT-AT-ARMS AND AS A MEMBER OF THE SENATE GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE", to the Student Senate on Wednesday, September 24th 2008, on behalf of the Government Operations Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, September 24th 2008 recommendations, with 4 members voting in the affirmative and 0 in the negative:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Government Bill 21, on the calendar for second reading.
