RESOLUTION 20

Chairman Kenneth Webb submitted the following report regarding Resolution 20, "A Resolution Entitled an Act to Support Our Universities Tobacco Heritage.", to the Student Senate on Monday, October 13th 2008, on behalf of the University Affairs Committee, and pursuant to its Monday, October 13th 2008 recommendations, with 5 members voting in the affirmative, 0 in the negative, and 1 having abstained from voting:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Resolution 20, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were six (6) members (Clark, Crabtree, Demanovich, Prior, Robinson, Webb) present.

There was one (1) member (Herting) absent.

A quorum was present.

Recommendations:

Committee reports neutrally. None recommended.
