RESOLUTION 31

Chairman Kenneth Webb submitted the following report regarding Resolution 31, "A RESOLUTION TO BE ENTILED AN ACT TO ENCOURAGE UNIVERSITY DINING TO CREATE COMMUTER MEAL PLANS", to the Student Senate on Monday, November 10th 2008, on behalf of the University Affairs Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, November 5th 2008 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Resolution 31, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were five (5) members (Clark, Demanovich, Prior, Robinson, Webb) present.

There was one (1) member (Crabtree) absent. There was also one (1) suspended member (Herting) absent.

A quorum was present.

Recommendations:

Report favorably.
