RESOLUTION 36

Chairman Kelli Rogers submitted the following report regarding Resolution 36, "AN ACT TO ADDRESS THE INCIDENT THAT OCCURRED IN THE FREE EXPRESSION TUNNEL ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH, 2008 ", to the Student Senate on Tuesday, November 18th 2008, on behalf of the Select Committee on Hate Crimes, and pursuant to its Tuesday, November 18th 2008 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Resolution 36, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were seven (7) members (Brackett, Chiang, Crabtree, Donnelly, J. Jones, Rogers, Webb) present.

There were no members absent.

A quorum was present.
