Chairman Elmo Thomas Lamm, Jr submitted the following report to the Student Senate on Sunday, March 22nd 2009, on behalf of the Finance Committee, and pursuant to its Sunday, March 22nd 2009 recommendations, with 6 members voting in the affirmative and 0 in the negative:

Attendance:

There were six (6) members (Bower, Chase, Cosolito, Hager, Lamm, J. Stewart) present.

There were one (1) non-voting member (Jason D. Smith) absent and one (1) suspended member (Friel) absent.

The following official was also present: Lipka.

A quorum was present.
