There were six (6) members (Baughman, Demanovich, Goldsmith, Harrelson, Robinson, Jacquelyn Smith) present. There was also one (1) non-voting member (Lamm) present.

There were two (2) members (Nelson, J. Tucker) absent.

The following official was also present: Gonzalez.
