RESOLUTION 37

Senator Jason Hayes submitted the following report regarding Resolution 37, "A RESOLUTION TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO REQUEST FUNDING FOR THE RENOVATION OF PRICE MUSIC CENTER", to the Student Senate on Tuesday, December 1st 2009, on behalf of the Public Affairs Committee, and pursuant to its Tuesday, December 1st 2009 recommendations, with 2 members voting in the affirmative and 1 in the negative:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Resolution 37, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were three (3) members (Center, Hayes, Stackhouse) present.

There were two (2) members (Jasmine Brown, Kouba) absent.

A quorum was present.

Purpose of Legislation:

To ask the NC General Assembly to fund the renovation of Price Music Center

Background Information:

Academic buildings are funded by the State
