FINANCE BILL 47

Senator Kelsey Mills submitted the following report regarding Finance Bill 47, "A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO REESTABLISH FUNDING FOR THE BRICK", to the Student Senate on Monday, October 15th 2012, on behalf of the Finance Committee, and pursuant to its Thursday, October 11th 2012 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Finance Bill 47, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were six (6) members (Gaskins, McDowell, Mills, Patel, Rackl, Thorpe) present.

There were no members absent.

The following official was also present: Yadon.

A quorum was present.

Purpose of Legislation:

To ameliorate a budget error made by the treasury and restore funding to The Brick.
