Chairman Daniel Gilligan submitted the following report on Saturday, March 22nd 2003, on behalf of the Finance Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, March 19th 2003 recommendations, by general consent:

There were ten (10) Members (Diwan, Gilligan, Gray, Lester, Mckethan, Mischinski, Mital Patel, Sanker, Tharpe, Wright) present.
There were zero (0) Members absent.
A quorum was present.
The following officials were also present: Choe, Fabricius

We heard concers about AB83 from AICHE (AB18) and SWE (AB19) and decided to report favorably by consent on the bill without change. Sen. Patel was elected Vice-Chair.
