APPROPRIATIONS BILL 86

Chairman C. Seth Lester submitted the following report regarding Appropriations Bill 86, "AN ACT TO ALLOCATE FUNDS TO REGISTERED STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE FALL 2003 SEMESTER", on Tuesday, November 4th 2003, on behalf of the Finance Committee, and pursuant to its Tuesday, November 4th 2003 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule 14(b), the committee requests that the Senate President place Appropriations Bill 86 on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were seven (7) Members (Curlee, Diwan, Kristeller, Lam, Lester, Ortega, Pressley) present.

There were four (4) Members (Marsh, Mckethan, Tull, Wilder) absent.

A quorum was present.

The following officials were also present: Hutcherson, Matthews
