Chairman Mark Matthews submitted the following report on Tuesday, January 13th 2004, on behalf of the Committee on Rules, and pursuant to its Monday, January 12th 2004 recommendations:
Attendance:
There were four (4) Members (Matthews, Moody, Spencer, Stephenson) present.
There was one (1) Member (Efe) absent.
A quorum was present.
The following officials were also present: Fabricius, Hutcherson, Caravano, Tatum
