Committee Minutes, Monday, February 2nd 2004

Chairman Mark Matthews submitted the following report on Tuesday, February 3rd 2004, on behalf of the Committee on Rules, and pursuant to its Monday, February 2nd 2004 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were six (6) Members (Cleary, Hinton, Matthews, Moody, Spencer, Stephenson) present.

There were zero (0) Members absent.

A quorum was present.

The following official was also present: Fabricius

Meeting Minutes:

Some committee members had heard that Treasurer Lester wanted a calander rule

The committee contacts and waits for treasurer Lester, and then entertains his request for a calendar rule.

Calendar FB 127 (Chang Support Act) Calendar Rule for first reading approved by consent

The committee adjourns
