Committee Minutes, Monday, March 15th 2004

Vice-chairman Jeremy Spencer submitted the following report on Tuesday, March 16th 2004, on behalf of the Committee on Rules, and pursuant to its Monday, March 15th 2004 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were five (5) Members (Cleary, Hinton, Moody, Spencer, Stephenson) present.

There was one (1) Member (Matthews) absent.

A quorum was present.

The following officials were also present: Fabricius, Hutcherson

Meeting Minutes:

The committee issued fast track rules by consent on SR 154 and R 155. The committee issued a fast track rule on SR 149 by voice vote.

The committee issued calender for second reading rules on SR 130 and SR 132 by consent. The committee also issued a combined calender for second reading/ 5-minute rule for GB 142 by consent.
