RESOLUTION 56

Vice-chairman John Small submitted the following report regarding Resolution 56, "AN ACT NOT TO SUPPORT THE CARMICHAEL GYMNASIUM EXPANSION PROJECT STUDENT FEE INCREASE REQUEST", on Monday, October 13th 2003, on behalf of the Tuition and Fees Committee, and pursuant to its Sunday, October 12th 2003 recommendations, with 7 members voting in the affirmative and 0 in the negative:

As provided by Senate Rule 14(b), the committee requests that the Senate President place Resolution 56 on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were seven (7) Members (Cleary, Hoy, Kohler, Mikkelsen, Quick, Small, White) present.

There was one (1) Member (Davis) absent.

A quorum was present.
