Attendance:

There were four (4) Members (Moye, Sevits, Stephenson, Wilburn) present.

There were four (4) Members (Adams, Langley, McCarthy, Sarah Thornton) absent.

A quorum was not present.

General Commentary:

There was no quorum, thus no business could be acted on.
