Committee Minutes, Thursday, October 14th 2004

Chairman Erin Lam submitted the following report on Monday, October 18th 2004, on behalf of the Committee on Appropriations, and pursuant to its Thursday, October 14th 2004 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were ten (10) Members (Buffkin, Elena Everett, Hutcherson, Lam, Ortega, Mital Patel, Sivakumar, Summey, Sarah Thornton, White) present.

There were two (2) Members (Langley, Marshall) absent.

A quorum was present.

The following officials were also present: Fabricius, Hinton, Stephenson, Toms, Waligora, Walton

Meeting Minutes:

Committee voted to set the cut off date for fall appropriations on February 16th.

Senator Langley read an email from Wolfgrass regarding the policy of not funding spring events in the fall.
