SENATE RESOLUTION 123

Chairman Tracy S. Hutcherson submitted the following report regarding Senate Resolution 123, "AN ACT TO IMPEACH STUDENT BODY PRESIDENT WILLIAM J. PIAVIS ON MULTIPLE CHARGES RELATED TO HIS PERFORMANCE IN OFFICE", to the Student Senate on Monday, April 3rd 2006, on behalf of the Government Operations Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, March 29th 2006 recommendations, by general consent:

Attendance:

There were six (6) members (Griggs, Heath, Hutcherson, K. Phillips, Walton, Yasin) present.

There were two (2) members (Gula, Norman) absent.

The following officials were also present: Fabricius, Hassell, Peters, Sawrey, Toms.

A quorum was present.

Recommendations:

The Committee on Government Operations, unable due to university interference to proceed in a timely manner allowing consideration, hereby discontinues its consideration of Senate Resolution 123.
