BE IT ENACTED,            by the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:

 

Section 1.        The Student Body Treasurer is hereby ordered to transfer $15,000 from the surplus funding of the Student Body Government budget to the NCSU Alumni Association to be used thereafter in defraying costs of student-focused events to be held during Homecoming weekend, 2003.

 

Section 2.        This act shall be effective upon its enrollment.
