WHEREAS, Student Body Statutes §5-1.19 requires that
the Student Senate each year provide for the appropriation of between 50% and 100%
of the net surplus from the immediate previous fiscal year; now, therefore be
it
ENACTED, by
the North Carolina State University Student Senate that:

1. The 2005-2006 budget shall be amended by
appropriating the 2004-2005 net surplus as follows:
